  • How will we use the information that you share with us?  All referrals will receive an email explaining why we are contacting them. The email will credit you for the referral.

  • How the referral process works? Referrals are active for 6 months. When referrals contact us, one of our service representatives will chat with them about their administrative support needs. At the end of the chat, if they are interested in trying our service, we will begin onboarding them, as a prospective client. The onboarding process takes 14 business days to complete. We will contact you if they sign a 30-days contract and each time they accept a contract renewal! ​
